Why we do not offer exchanges

Hourglass products are shapewear and innerwear that sit against intimate areas of the body. To protect the hygiene and safety of every customer, we do not offer exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Choosing the right size

We want you to get your size right the first time, so please check the following before you order:

• Fit Finder: enter your measurements at wearhourglass.com/pages/fit-finder and we will suggest your size for each product.
• Size guide: every product page has a size chart with measurements in inches.
• Reviews: customers share how each piece fits on their own body.
• Talk to us: not sure between two sizes? Write to us at contact@wearhourglass.com and our team will help you choose.

If the size does not work for you

Please write to us at contact@wearhourglass.com with your order number. Although we are unable to exchange the product, the team might be able to help you with a discount for your next purchase.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, this is not an exchange. Please contact us right away with your order number and photos, and see our Refund Policy for how we resolve it.

Customers shipping to the European Union

Your statutory rights as an EU consumer are not affected by this policy. Please see the European Union section of our Refund Policy.
