How we choose your size
Every recommendation is matched to that product's own chart. Where styles share a chart we apply it directly; a few newer pieces are matched to the closest equivalent and marked ≈ estimated. Hourglass shapewear is highly elastic — when you sit between two sizes we suggest the one whose range best contains your measurement. When in doubt, the firmer compression fit is usually the intended one.
